**Responsibilities**
- Should be able to meet the SLA and Goals laid by their respective Business Unit. - Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes quickly and accurately - Collaborate with business partners across different sites on a daily basis to process work - Drive LEAN through identification of process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions. - Project management skills. - Work as a bridge between the quality team and the Operations team, sharing RCA and best practices - Participate in Team meetings, huddles and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates, operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities

Graduate/ Post

**Preferred Qualifications**

Product-specific or financial services industry experience will be an added advantage. Desired experience of 3-5 years in the field of brokerage and a Strong academic background/ orientation.
