**Job Title: Graphic Designer**
**Reporting to**:AVP-Marketing & B2C Sales
**Type: Work from Office**
**Location: Chembur, Mumbai.**
**Minimum Experience: Upto 2 years**

**Required Qualification / Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and other relevant tools.
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
- A willingness to stay updated with design trends and industry developments, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a demonstrated aptitude for incorporating feedback into design revisions.
- Familiarity with web design (HTML, CSS), motion graphics, and video editing, as well as experience with content management systems like WordPress, can be of an added advantage. Essential Duties and

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that align with project objectives and brand identity.
- Create high-quality and visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print materials, digital assets, marketing collateral, and more.
- Ensure that all design work consistently adheres to the organization’s brand guidelines, maintaining a unified visual identity.
- Be open to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from the team.
- Develop original design content by choosing appropriate color schemes, typography, imagery, and layouts that effectively convey the intended message for the target audience. - Maintain organized records of design assets and project files, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
- Perform quality checks to guarantee that all design materials meet high standards and are error
- free before final delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
