**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication and Assembly**:

- Assemble and fit metal parts to construct machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Use various tools and machinery such as welding equipment, grinders, and cutters.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and ensure all parts and assemblies meet quality standards.
- Perform adjustments and modifications as needed to meet design specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or apprenticeship in fitting fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication and fitting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with various welding techniques and metalworking tools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
