**Role introduction**:
- Should have deep understanding in MS Dynamics 365 CE Modules
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements, discuss issues, and ensure that the software meets quality standards and user expectations.
- Clearly communicate issues to developers and work closely with them to resolve identified problems.
- Conduct regular regression tests to ensure that software updates, enhancements, or bug fixes do not introduce new issues or negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps to organize and manage all phases of the software testing process including planning, running tests, and tracking defects, generating, and storing test reports, and interlinking them with the release requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Should have deep understanding in MS Dynamics 365 CE Modules Field Service
- Functional Test Expert having a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
- Sales, Services, Marketing and Field Service.
- Worked as on MS Dynamics 365 - Sales and Field Service module
