Receptionist

About Imperial College, Bargarh

The reception desk is the **first impression** of Imperial College—a place where visitors, parents, students, and staff feel welcomed, guided, and respected. We are seeking a **Receptionist** who can represent the values of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency while being the first point of contact at our campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front-desk logs.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is always neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Coordinate with staff for smooth communication across departments.
- Provide accurate information about college services, programs, and procedures.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Prior experience as receptionist/front desk executive preferred (education/hospitality background a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
