**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Travel to different locations on a daily basis for lead identification.
- Generate new leads through field visits and market observation.
- Explore innovative approaches to identify potential distributors.
- Promote products and explain key features and benefits to prospects.
- Maintain daily reporting of market activities and lead generation outcomes.

**Skill Sets Required**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
- Good knowledge of local areas/market is an added advantage.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently to identify new leads
- Basic communication in Tamil and English.
