**Internship Role Overview**:
We are seeking motivated interns to support our claims team in tenant coordination and claims screening. This role offers hands-on exposure to the functioning of a fintech organization and is ideal for students interested in finance, operations, or customer interaction roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make follow-up calls to tenants regarding claim settlements and required documentation.
- Assist in basic screening of tenant details and supporting documents.
- Support the claims team in compiling, tracking, and updating claim records.
- Coordinate internally with the operations and customer service teams for updates.
- Maintain accurate data logs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Currently pursuing graduation (preferably in Commerce, Management, Law, or related fields).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work from the Mumbai office during the internship period.
