**Key Responsibilities**
- **Color Blending & Mixing**: Assist the Senior Chemist with precise color formulations and blending processes
- **Color Shade Matching**: Support shade matching activities to achieve exact customer specifications
- **Lab Management**: Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and inventory control
- **Machine Operation**: Safely operate color mixing machines and related laboratory equipment
- **Quality Control**: Assist in testing and documentation of color formulations
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of formulations, tests, and procedures
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with the Senior Chemist in daily operations
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of laboratory instruments

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**For Freshers**:

- B.Sc. in Chemistry (Essential)
- Understanding of basic chemistry and laboratory practices
- Attention to detail and strong willingness to learn
- B.Sc. in Chemistry plus relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in color mixing and shade matching
- Familiarity with color theory and pigment chemistry (preferred)
