- Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using CAM software
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings, 3D models, and GD&T specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and fixtures based on material and design requirements.
- Set up and operate VMCs to produce prototype and production parts to tight tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to meet regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming, setup sheets, and inspection results.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - 5 YEARS TO 20 YEARS**
