**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and test concrete samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Test raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) for quality and consistency.
- Assist in developing and optimizing concrete mix designs.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control measures are met.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- knowledge of concrete technology and materials science.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
