Warehouse Assistant

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce inventory control measures to minimize errors and losses.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations.
- Implement and optimize order fulfillment workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and fulfill urgent orders.

**Receiving and Inspection**:

- Oversee the receiving of incoming shipments.
- Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received items.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of received goods.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and accuracy.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to management on warehouse performance.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
