**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, discussions, and other classroom activities.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, tests, and other methods.
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and school administration on student progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning and school goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
- MA/B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary school.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
