**About the Role**

As a Quant Faculty freelancer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quantitative abilities of our students aspiring to study abroad. Your services will be required on an as-needed basis to cater to fluctuating student demands for quantitative aptitude training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive online training sessions on quantitative aptitude, covering topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
- Create engaging and interactive course materials, including slides, practice questions, and study guides.
- Conduct live online classes and doubt-clearing sessions to address students' queries and provide personalized guidance.
- Assess student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their quantitative skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and exam patterns in quantitative aptitude.
- Collaborate with the Collegepond team to ensure alignment with overall student development goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong academic background in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching quantitative aptitude to students preparing for competitive exams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Passion for teaching and a desire to help students succeed.

**Compensation**:
Compensation will be on a per-session or per-student basis, to be mutually agreed upon for each project.
