Lan Wiring Technician

**Job Title**: LAN Wiring Technician / Supervisor

**Location**: Valsad & Surat

**Salary Range**: 15 k -20 k / Month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, install, and test LAN cabling and OFC networks across project sites.
- Supervise and guide technicians in wiring, installation, and configuration tasks.
- Interpret technical blueprints and schematic drawings for network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in LAN and OFC installations promptly.
- Ensure all cabling installations meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Maintain documentation of work completed, including layout diagrams and network plans.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years in LAN cabling, OFC laying, and network installations.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Ethernet cabling, fiber optic networks, connectors, and other hardware.
- **Skills**: Proficient in network testing tools, troubleshooting, and reading technical schematics.
- **Certification**: Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work on ladders, lift equipment, and work in confined spaces as needed.
- **Supervisory Experience**: Proven track record of supervising cabling projects and managing a team of technicians.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Network Technology, etc.).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
