We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The Academic counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journey, providing support and assistance to help them achieve their educational goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Counseling**: Provide academic counseling to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, programs, and extracurricular activities based on their academic and personal goals.

3. **Academic Planning**: Develop personalized academic plans for students, considering their academic background, interests, and career objectives. Monitor students' progress and provide guidance on course selection, study habits, and time management.

4. **Career Guidance**: Offer career counseling and support to students, including exploring career options, identifying internship opportunities, and preparing for job interviews. Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant guidance to students.

5. **Student Support Services**: Serve as a resource for students, addressing their academic and personal concerns. Provide referrals to appropriate support services, such as tutoring, counseling, or disability accommodations, as needed.

6. **Outreach and Engagement**: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to promote academic programs and support services. Participate in outreach activities, such as orientation sessions, information sessions, and campus events.

7. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, academic plans, and progress reports. Prepare reports and statistics on student outcomes and program effectiveness as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation (minimum)
- Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student services role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of educational pathways, academic programs, and career development resources.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
