Vmc Operator

Responsibilities Set up: Load materials, set up the machine, and adjust tools Operate: Run the machine to cut, shape, and form parts Monitor: Ensure the machine is running smoothly and producing parts to quality standards Maintain: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts Troubleshoot: Identify and fix issues with the machine, such as programming errors or mechanical malfunctions Inspect: Check the finished parts to ensure they meet specifications Document: Record production data and machine performance Collaborate: Work with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes Qualifications Experience as a VMC operator, CNC operator, or similar role Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Proficiency in operating and programming VMC machines Strong attention to detail and precision Good mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and in a team Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹10,841.64 - ₹25,967.92 per month
