Responsible for managing the Distributors and would be handling the front line sales team. He will be directly responsible for Volume and Sales Growth in the assigned territory and will coach and train the Pre-Sales Representatives.
- _Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to _him/her. _
- _Use _field _data _for _assigned _market _to _identify _brand/pack _gaps _in _territory _
- _Design _and _implement _local _Sales promotion _scheme. _
- _Set _clear volume _targets _and _KPIs _for _his/her team. _
- _Conducting _regular _feedback _sessions _with _team _members _and _providing _necessary _inputs. _
- _Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill _set. _
- _Will _be _accountable _for _the _assigned _market _(key _accounts _and _outlets). _
- _Ensure _regular _updating _of _sales _MIS _and _update _the _reporting _officer _on _daily _basis. _
- Compiling _and _analyzing _sales _figure _on _regular _basis._
