Education Qualifications:

- BSC/MSC ( Biology, Biotech, Mathematics, Zoology, Microbiology, - Physics, Chemistry)
- Commerce Graduate from English Medium Schools
- BA, BCA, BBA,MBA & Engineering (Biomedical, Biotech)

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with Doctors and Patients Posting Payments
- Making Charge Entry
- Gather required information on medical claims and Patient’s Eligibility, Benefits and Claim Status
- Review & follow up on unpaid and denied claims

**Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Ability to multitask and exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion.
- Good organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, high reliability, and a very strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
