Job Title**:High School Teacher - Physics, Biology, IT**

Experience: Minimum **2 years of teaching experience in IGCSE syllabus**

Key Responsibilities:
Subject Expertise:
Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Physics, Biology, or IT for students in 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.

Curriculum Development:
Design and modify lesson plans and teaching materials to align with the IGCSE syllabus.

Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and assessments to gauge student understanding.

Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate academic growth.

Classroom Management:
Maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.

Manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful atmosphere.

Professional Development:
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and educational conferences to enhance teaching skills.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and share best practices.

Parent Communication:
Establish open and effective communication with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.

Qualifications:
B.Ed or Masters in Physics, Biology, or IT (or a related field).

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the IGCSE syllabus is mandatory.

Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for effective teaching.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
