**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical expertise in the execution of electrical service designs while ensuring adherence to cost, timelines and quality standards.
- Closely monitor the activities of services contractors in terms of quality of workmanship and electrical design specifications.
- Provide inputs for introducing value engineering initiatives in the execution of electrical services designs
- Provide inputs in terms of requirements of electrical equipments and materials for the project, while ensuring accuracy to minimize wastage
- Ensure efficient handling of electrical equipments and devices so as to reduce costs due to breakages and loss due to wastage
- Assist in the identification of preferred contractors/vendors for to capitalize on cost saving
- Adhere to the allocated budget
- Resolve issues by site team regarding execution of the electrical services designs
- Monitor the receipt of electrical equipment's and maintain a record of the same
- Promptly report any defects in equipment's purchased or any deviations in amounts to the Purchase Team
- Ensure adherence to the project plan and timelines for the installation of electrical facilities
- Work with the contractors on a day to day basis for execution of electrical services designs and provide technical expertise to ensure efficiency in functioning
- Constantly evaluate the technical efficiency of electrical services contractors and provide updates to superiors
- Monitor the activities of the electrical services contractors to check adherence to timelines and costs, and quality of workmanship
- Communicate any deviations from the electrical services design in execution, to superiors in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit MIS related to electrical services design execution, in a timely manner

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
