**Job Role: Surveyor**

You will be responsible for collecting on-ground data about wastepickers, their working conditions, and local waste management practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field surveys in assigned districts.
- Engage with wastepickers to document socio-economic and health-related data.
- Observe and report on local waste management systems.
- Map locations and activities of wastepickers.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Share field-based insights to help improve practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: High school diploma (Higher education preferred)
- Fieldwork or community outreach experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local languages and communities.
- Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Basic skills in tools like Google Forms, MS Excel are a bonus.
- Interest in sustainability and recycling is appreciated.
