**Responsibilities: -**
- Deeply understand our pain points and use cases to put together strategies and data-driven guidance that will best deliver on our customer's search needs and the company s growth goals.
- Research, develop and implement search engine optimization strategies that will increase Espiers search engine results and rankings on all major global search networks.
- Research and analyze competitor on-site and off-site SEO strategies for better insights to determine the right keywords that drive targeted organic traffic.
- Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
- Work with the Ecommerce team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Research trending keywords.
- Manage keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities.
- Work with the content team to drive SEO in new content creation and SEO focused landing pages.
- Collect and analyze data, execute tests, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact organically.
- Responsible for technical monitoring of website architecture, crawl issues and webmaster tool errors.

**Requirements: -**
- 1+ years of experience in **SEO on-page** and **off-page optimization**.
- Knowledge of **keyword research** and **data mining tools**.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and **search engine algorithms**.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Fluent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (required)
