Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Placement Coordinator at ISBR Business School plays a pivotal role in facilitating the placement process for students, ensuring effective coordination between students, recruiters, and the institution. This role focuses on connecting students with career opportunities and fostering relationships with corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Placement Program Management**:

- Coordinate and execute placement programs, including organizing recruitment drives, interviews, and career fairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters to facilitate placement opportunities.
- **Student Engagement and Preparation**:

- Counsel and guide students on career options, job search strategies, resume building, and interview techniques.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills.
- **Database Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain an updated database of student profiles, placements, and recruiter information.
- Generate reports on placement statistics, trends, and outcomes for management review.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and expand the network of corporate partners, industry contacts, and alumni for placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to align curriculum and training with industry needs.
- **Placement Process Enhancement**:

- Assess and improve the effectiveness of the placement process, implementing innovative strategies to enhance placement outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and changing recruitment practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in placement coordination, career counseling, or recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or corporate setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet placement targets.
- Understanding of career development and employment trends in relevant industries.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position involving occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate placement events.
- The role offers the opportunity to shape the careers of students and contribute to their professional development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
