Job Description: School Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Delivery:

- Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain a conducive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Enforce discipline and behavioral expectations in accordance with school policies.
- Foster a sense of community and collaboration among students through group activities and discussions.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Assess student progress and understanding through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and other pertinent student data.
- Individualized Support:

- Identify and address the unique learning needs and challenges of individual students.
- Provide additional support and resources to students who require remediation or enrichment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and academic concerns.
- Professional Development:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for effective teaching.
- Stay abreast of current trends and developments in education through workshops, conferences, and professional literature.
- School and Community Involvement:

- Participate in school-wide events, committees, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and stakeholders to promote a positive school culture.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community members, and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic school environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
