**Role Overview**:
As a MongoDB Database Architect, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our MongoDB databases. You’ll work closely with our technical team to ensure the efficient performance and scalability of our databases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases
- Optimise database performance and security
- Ensure database architecture supports AI and ML model generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their database needs
- Regularly perform tests and troubleshoot to improve database structure
- Contribute to data standardization, data flow, and data integration strategies

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a MongoDB Database Architect or similar role
- Deep knowledge of MongoDB and experience with database architecture and design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
