**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Pre-ITO and ITO Technical Support**:

- Develop project specific plant detail design that includes all details on mechanical, electrical, and civil material quantities (Bill of Quantities -BoQs).
- Support calculation of installation and commissioning cycle times and support developing center line should cost models for other equipment only + BoP center line projects.
- Interact with Sourcing and Aero ITR Engineering to support Supplier Request for Quote Development.
- Develop full engineering documentation for Standard Plant model for all plant systems.
- Work with vendors to obtain project-specific information and quotations. Provide risk analysis support.
- Provide technical engineering guidance, support to NPI team, Sales and customers for gas turbine project development, proposal preparation and contract negotiation. Review and interpret customer inquiries and project requirements to establish scope of supply limits and costs.
- Prepare opportunity specific or site-specific information packages for EPC on equipment offerings.
- Coordinate with the EPC and other partners for the information workflow and mitigate in case of problems.
- Ensure input management to track and trace Documentation & material from the EPC.
- Support mechanical & electrical sub-contractors for site installation, Erection & Commissioning
- Support Project Engineering Manager in claim negotiations and preparation of relevant documentation and facts
- Work with C&C team and provide EPC Technical Scope definition documentation. Work with Tender Engineering Manager (TEM) on project specific Division of Responsibility.

**Project Execution (OTR) support**:

- Provide technical engineering guidance, support, and feedback to OTR team on all RFQ/ATQi and work related to Project OTR.
- Develop full engineering documentation for Aero derivative plants in execution, full BoQs for mechanical, electrical, and civil quantities for all materials to include all plant systems and sub-systems.
- Support engineering of Balance of Plant Electrical equipment including creation specifications and supplier interface
- Support creation and modification of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams utilizing e-Plan software package
- Work with vendors to obtain project-specific information and quotations. Review, comments & approval of all vendor documentation.
- Preparation of RFQ, Bid Evaluation, Vendor discussion, VDR, co-ordination with Vendor & EPC, Site co-ordination, Site visit (if required), for all BOP discipline.
- Detail engineering support as required. Provide risk analysis support.

**SKILLS**:

- Experience in Plant accessories /Balance of Plant engineering for Combined Cycle or Single cycle power plants with good knowledge of Knowledge of Gas Turbines / Steam Turbines / Generators accessories systems such as Fuel systems, Water wash systems, Lubrication systems etc.
- Experience in technical proposal work for various project arrangements such as turnkey with partner, turnkey self-implement, extended equipment package, and equipment only projects.
- Detailed knowledge of all customer interfaces and BoP equipment requirements for Gas Turbine is preferred.
- Extensive experience with regional technical regulations such as ASME, NEC, IEC, CE Mark, PED, CAS and Australian
- Experience in reading and developing Schematics (P&IDs), Skids, Piping /Tubing, General Arrangements, Structural drawings, and Specifications.
- Experience in pumps, control valves, water chemistry, sampling & dosing, generator accessories.
- Experience in Piping design, pipe selection, pipe sizing, pressure drop calculations etc.(ANSI/ASME/ISO)
- Experience in working with Fabrication of sheet metal components with knowledge of welding standards like AWS.
- Good knowledge of GD&T, Manufacturing / Assembly requirements.
- Experience in development of One Line Diagram (SLD), Three Line Diagrams, Wiring/Schema
