**Certified Health and Fitness Coach**

*Job Overview: *

*Key Responsibilities: *
- Conduct **fitness assessments**, postural analysis, and musculoskeletal screenings.
- Create **customized workout charts** tailored to clients’ fitness levels, medical conditions, and lifestyle goals.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and breathing to *prevent injuries* and maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, dietitians, and health coaches to deliver *holistic care plans*.
- Track and evaluate client progress regularly, modifying exercise programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
- Conduct one-on-one and group fitness sessions as required.
- Stay updated on current trends and research in exercise science and rehabilitation.

**Required Qualifications**: *
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in *Exercise Science, **Physiotherapy, **Sports Science*, or related field.
- Certification in Personal Training / Corrective Exercise (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of *human anatomy, **muscle mechanics, and **movement patterns*.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in clinical or wellness settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and build rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in working with special populations (e.g., diabetes, obesity, orthopedic conditions).
- Familiarity with wellness technologies (fitness trackers, apps, EMR systems).
- Knowledge of yoga or corrective movement training is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
