**Job Title**: Home Appliances Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Proactively approach customers to promote and sell home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and other related products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of each product in order to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right appliances based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- **Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and usability of various home appliances, highlighting key features and advantages.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and closing sales.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers in completing purchase transactions, including processing payments, arranging delivery or installation, and handling any related paperwork.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and maximize long-term sales potential.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site sales calls or deliveries.
- Willingness to undergo product training and stay updated on new product releases and features.
