**Job Summary**:
As a Senior SEO Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our digital properties. Leveraging your expertise in search engine optimization, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve search rankings, increase website traffic, and maximize conversion opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to lead SEO projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance online visibility.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.

Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.

Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues related to website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed.

Lead link building initiatives to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Generate regular reports on SEO performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for optimization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content creators, web developers, and marketing teams, to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the SEO team, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth and development.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

Deep understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Leadership qualities with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and drive initiatives to completion.
