**Position Summary**:
The Interior Draughtsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency in drafting software, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to work closely with designers and architects to bring concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Drawing and Drafting**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on initial concepts and sketches from interior designers and architects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Design Development**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
- Translate design ideas into precise technical drawings that can be used for construction and installation.
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings by providing detailed drawings and specifications.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other team members, including designers, architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to clarify design requirements and resolve any issues.
- Support the project team in reviewing and approving shop drawings and samples.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and gather necessary data for drawing preparation.
- Ensure all drawings are updated to reflect any changes or revisions made during the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized records of all drawings, plans, and project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings are properly archived and accessible for future reference.
- Prepare and present documentation and reports as required by the project team or management.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, building codes, and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
