Vice Principal

Work closely with the Principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall operation of the school.
- Support committees of staff and parents that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.
- Teach classes as per the requirement, develop rapport with the students, handle discipline issues and fill in for the principal when required.
- Resolve conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.
- Direct assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year.
- Develop emergency response plans for schools as required & Fill reports and updating as required.
- Responsible to regularly meet parents to gauge parent expectations and satisfaction.
- Responsible to review, guide, and mentor coordinators.
- Accountable to create annual operating plans for the assigned segments.
- Record keeping as required by CBSE

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a Master’s Degree and Bachelors in Education.
- Must have completed five (5) years of successful teaching/coordinator in Grades X to XII
- Demonstrate ability to relate to the students, professional staff, parents/guardians, and members of the community.
