**Job Title**: Monitoring Executive

**Location**:New alipore, Kolkata

**Job Summary**:
The CCTV Monitoring Executive will be responsible for continuously monitoring surveillance cameras, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. They will track live video feeds, identify suspicious activity, report incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor CCTV Feeds**: Continuously monitor live video surveillance footage from multiple CCTV cameras to ensure safety and security.
- **Incident Reporting**: Identify and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity immediately to management or security personnel.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of incidents, including time, location, and description of events.
- **Alert Management**: Notify security or other relevant personnel in real-time about potential security threats or emergencies.
- **Assist with Investigations**: Provide video footage or other relevant data to assist in investigations when necessary.
- **System Operation**: Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- **Security Compliance**: Ensure that monitoring procedures and security systems comply with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- **Incident Follow-Up**: Monitor and review incidents or activities that were flagged to ensure proper action is taken.
- **Support Security Teams**: Collaborate with on-site security teams to enhance safety protocols and respond to emergencies as needed.
- **Perform Routine Checks**: Conduct regular checks on CCTV systems to verify that all cameras are working effectively and adjust their positioning when necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security systems or safety management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security monitoring or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems, surveillance software, and basic troubleshooting.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot irregularities and potential threats in video footage.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report incidents clearly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to respond quickly and effectively to security situations.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate with other security personnel and departments.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to work long hours, particularly when monitoring for extended periods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of advanced CCTV systems or security equipment.
- Certification in security monitoring or safety management.
- Previous experience working in a high-security environment or with security operations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position; shift work may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a control room or security office environment for extended periods.
- Physical presence may be required at certain locations for emergency response.

Pay: ₹10,070.72 - ₹58,633.47 per month
