2. Ability to manage and track timely call logging/dispatch/closure process and perform necessary Quality Audits and any Helpdesk services delivered.

3. Collaborate with Clients, Vendors and Project Managers as per assignments.

4. Should be knowledgeable of Escalation Resolution process and proactively initiate and close pending action items as per Business protocols.

5. Should be willing to travel to AGS / Client / Vendor Offices - Local and Out Location Travel if need arises.

6. Should be able to handle client pressure effectively.

7. Ability to conduct oneself within team / across Business functions, following AGS policies and strive towards positive work environment.

8. Ability to interact, motivate and train team members and maintain discipline within department.

9. Need to effectively utilize working hours to track Team and Self productivity and Quality Parameters.

10. Should have prior knowledge of PiP procedures.

11. Experience on Analytics. Should be able to analyse statistics and present to higher management / customers.

12. Ability to handle and resolve customer escalations by determining the Root Call Analysis, identifying the corrective measure and take necessary preventive measures.

13. Take initiatives to find problem resolutions in coordination with all stakeholders.

14. Flexibility to Work in Shifts and may need some stretch hours as per Client requirements on short notice. No incentives.

**16. MIS Knowledge is must**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
