Role Overview:
As an International Freight Broker, you'll be at the heart of our operations, connecting shippers with reliable carriers and ensuring that our clients experience unparalleled shipping solutions. You'll be responsible for negotiating transportation deals, ensuring timely and safe delivery, and managing the entire shipping process. Additionally, as a Freight Forwarder, you'll be planning and overseeing the movement of goods, ensuring that they reach their destination in the most efficient manner. Salary & Incentives:

- For the right skills and dedication, there's no salary cap at KnotSync. On average, compensation ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹5,00,000 per month, based on experience and performance. Furthermore, the incentive you earn starts from the very first dollar, converted at dynamic market rates to ensure you get the best value for your efforts.

- A minimum of 6 months of experience in freight brokerage is desirable, not mandatory as we believe in the potential of fresh talent. We warmly welcome freshers and young talents who are eager to learn and grow with us.
