**Position Overview**

Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated **Production Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day production operations, manage manpower, ensure quality compliance, and achieve production targets. This role requires basic supervisory experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimise downtime.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance logs.
- Assist in training workers on operational processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with the quality team to resolve production issues.
- Enforce workplace safety rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in production supervision or related role.
- Knowledge of production processes and basic quality standards.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹10,842.79 - ₹20,000.04 per month
