**Responsibilities**:

- Support P2P Transformation team in project related activities
- Advise and implement future state design processes, including assessing change impact and working with Change Management teams to drive adoption
- Assist with communications to internal end users and suppliers, as needed
- Support end users with general training and use of the platform
- Collaborate with other process owners to manage process integration across teams
- Assist with document responsibilities (RACI) between G2P and other organizations within the source-to-pay process
- Support process improvement projects within G2P, acting as a Center of Excellence to teams within G2P Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, procurement operations, or in a related field, or the equivalent work experience; Lean Six Sigma is desired.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in business process management or consulting, with experience in indirect procurement
- Proficient using Microsoft products
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be able to navigate a complex global business environment from a remote work setting
- Demonstrate knowledge of indirect procurement processes and best practice processes, systems, and tools
- Hands-on experience implementing procurement systems (S2C or P2P) to create processes that are technically feasible
- Able to drive a project and deliver on time
