
Export Import Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage the documentation required for export and import shipments, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and import/export policies in both exporting and importing countries.
- Arrange transportation for goods, negotiate rates with freight forwarders, and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the supply chain process, including coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to optimize logistics and inventory management.
- Classify tariff codes for imported and exported goods to facilitate accurate customs clearance and compliance with trade regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, geopolitical issues, and transportation delays.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding export and import inquiries, orders, and shipment status updates.
- Conduct market research to identify export and import opportunities, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of payments, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other financial instruments required for international transactions.
- Generate reports on export and import activities, including volume, value, and compliance metrics, to support management decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline export and import processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through automation, process optimization, and technology adoption.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as sales, finance, legal, and logistics, to facilitate smooth execution of international trade operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience in export/import operations, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export/import software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.
- Certification in international trade (e.g., Certified International Trade Professional) is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
