**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Fine Arts lessons to students in grades 11 and 12.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers various aspects of Fine Arts.
- Encourage students to express themselves creatively and explore different artistic mediums.
- Prepare students for board examinations and other competitive exams related to Fine Arts.
- Organize and participate in school art exhibitions, competitions, and cultural events.
- Maintain an inspiring and resourceful classroom environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Fine Arts teacher, preferably at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and various artistic disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching Fine Arts.
