**Senior Industrial Sales Engineer - Job DescriptionJob Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and revenue.
- Identify and build relationships with key accounts, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior sales engineers to enhance team performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field**.
- **5+ years of experience** in industrial sales, B2B technical sales, or engineering solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of **industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or manufacturing processes**.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Experience with **CRM software, sales forecasting, and market analysis**.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **heavy machinery, industrial automation, or process manufacturing equipment sales**.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex technical sales.
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes in industrial sectors.
