PREPARATION FOR INTERVIEW:

- Read about Nurture over Nature.
- Have pointers about how to handle various situations related to student hostels such as minute quarrels, and how would you counsel a young chap about their behavior.
- Thoughts about how behavior-reflection and then reform can be inculcated in young kids about their various adventures in childhood.
- Thoughts about how childhood ends up becoming an integral part of one’s adulthood.
- Your own personal experiences about some good and bad instances which have shaped your character today. (ability to self-reflect on your end will decide your capability to help the young ones do the same)
- Be humble in sharing your own routines and schedules in life which benefit you.
- Bring ideas to the table about what habits in daily lives of children in a Boarding school can benefit the children and also mention ways in which such habits can be inculcated in children.
