Who we are looking for

This role is responsible for managing Income Services for the identification, reconciliation and dissemination of all dividend payments for all types of equities, interest from debt instruments for US and Non-US Markets.

The role is based out of Pune and would be responsible for the Global market.

What you will be responsible for

As a Market Income claims process you will:

- Manage day to day operation of Income verification for Global market events.
- To identify the potential claims, raise the claims to the broker and collect the payment (Interest, Principal, Dividend) from them.
- The processor research the potential report to determine the validity. If the fund is entitled, send out claim to the broker.
- The Claims Against unit is responsible for paying external brokers for income Not entitlements. Claim Researched and Processed according to request received from Broker with all the Audit requirement and working with client for funds which are not in Suspense account and also moving funds in suspense account on basis of each pay date.
- The processor researches the potential report to determine the validity. If the fund is not entitled then funds needs to move in B105, Once US claim against team request from counterpart then team need to pay funds either via SPO or WIRE with Proper Audit requirement.
- Become a Subject matter expert of the process to be able to guide the team, provide solution and handle escalations.
- Calculates entitlements based on income parameters and processes the claims.
- Researches and resolves all claims - substantiate the claim by identifying the root cause and solving them.

Primary Skills (Must Have)
- Good communication, organization, problem solving, analytical and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Securities Market.
- Experience in income process would be added advantage.
- Working Knowledge on MCH for Income.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle of a securities transaction across custody and clearing houses.
- Knowledge of Income lifecycle.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bcom/Mcom/MBA degree or equivalent industry recognized qualification. MBA Finance preferred.
