**Requirements**:

- Any Graduates
- Experience - 1 to 4 years

Key Skill:
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel.

Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and derive insights from sales data.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

About the role:
Coordinate sales activities:
Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Provide administrative support:
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Generate and analyze sales data, producing reports and insights to support sales strategies and decision-making. Assist in monitoring competitor activities and market trends, reporting findings to the sales team.

Customer relationship management:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or complaints.

Sales support and coordination:
Assist in the coordination of sales campaigns, promotions, and events.

Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Provide sales team with regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
