Admin & Operations Coordinator - Salem - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Office Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and event calendars.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to interviews, training, and customer interactions.
- Assist in office operations and coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Event & Training Coordination:
- Plan and execute recruitment events, interviews, and training sessions.
- Arrange venues, logistics, and necessary materials.
- Ensure smooth communication with participants and team members.
Customer & Site Visit Management:
- Schedule and manage client site visits, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely coordination with the sales team.
Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with management, HR, and sales teams to align operations.
- Handle last-minute event changes and resolve logístical issues instantly.
- Provide timely updates and reports on ongoing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in administration, event coordination, or customer handling.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
