**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Jaipur. As the first point of contact, you'll manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, and ensure a warm welcome to our visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide assistance

3. Maintain accurate records and databases

4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events

5. Ensure a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

3. Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, etc.)

4. Friendly and approachable demeanor

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
