We're looking for a dynamic and creative professional passionate about education, student engagement, and digital storytelling to enhance the school’s brand and communication.

**Preferred Location: Bengaluru, Chennai & Hosur.**

**Key Responsibilities - School Branding & Marketing**

**Brand Building & Marketing**
- Create high-quality video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns, featuring school leadership, faculty, and student achievements.
- Design posters, infographics, and social media creatives to highlight school programs, events, and values.
- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance the school’s online and offline presence.
- Ensure content resonates with parents, students, and the education community through impactful storytelling.
- Strengthen the school’s presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook through consistent, engaging content.

**Content Creation & Editing**
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for events, student activities, and campus highlights, ensuring high-quality production.
- Handle post-production editing, including graphics, captions, and transitions, to deliver polished and engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy that align with the school’s vision and mission.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and strategic posting across social media platforms.

**Community Engagement & Student Interaction**
- Engage with students, parents, and alumni to foster a strong school community.
- Coordinate student and parent engagement programs through digital platforms.
- Respond to inquiries on social media and other digital channels with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Event Coverage & Promotions**
- Document and organize key school events, academic milestones, and achievements for promotional use.
- Assist in organizing and promoting school events, workshops, and competitions to enhance visibility.
- Support in creating presentations, proposals, and promotional material for admissions and partnerships.

**Skills And Qualifications**
- **Creative & Aesthetic Vision**: Ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with students, parents, and educators.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
- **Strong Writing Skills**: Ability to craft engaging captions, newsletters, and scripts for school marketing.
- **Adaptability & Quick Learning**: Comfortable in a fast-paced school environment and open to learning new skills.
- **Community-Oriented Approach**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with parents, students, and faculty.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Event & Travel Readiness**: Willingness to attend and cover school events, including external competitions and field trips.

**Educational Qualifications**
- UG/PG

**Experience**
- Two years
- Freshers may also apply

**Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joiners Preferred.**

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
