Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Care - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per the prescribed treatment. - Monitor and document patient vitals and report any significant changes. - Administer medications and treatments accurately. - Ensure patient satisfaction by delivering high-quality care. 2. Assistance in Procedures - Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures. - Ensure sterilization and preparation of medical equipment to maintain safety standards. 3. Documentation - Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment progress. - Update nursing notes in compliance with organizational policies. 4. Guest Engagement - Welcome patients professionally and courteously. - Provide emotional support to patients and educate them and their families about treatment plans. - Take patient feedback to enhance satisfaction levels. - Create “wow” experiences for patients by offering exceptional healthcare services. 5. Infection Control - Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. 6. Administrative Tasks - Oversee QMS (Quality Management System) compliance. - Ensure OPD and procedure room preparedness. - Manage material consumption and inventory. - Process patient service billing accurately. - Maintain and update patient and guest records in the system. 7. Communication and Coordination - Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. - Act as the primary liaison between patients and the healthcare team. - Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. 8. Compliance - Follow organizational policies and procedures. - Maintain confidentiality of guest and patient information. Qualifications - Education: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent certification. - License: Valid nursing license is mandatory. - Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to deliver patient-centric care and provide exceptional guest experiences.
