
Telecaller Recruitment Coordinator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling & Communication**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from helpers and customers.
- Respond to messages from helpers and customers via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Guide helpers to follow the company's WhatsApp status updates for job opportunities.
- **Helper Recruitment & Document Collection**:
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and filed correctly for each helper.
- **Job Posting & Application Management**:
- Regularly post available job opportunities for helpers on WhatsApp status or other channels.
- Communicate job details to helpers who express interest and check if they meet customer requirements.
- **Profile Matching & Coordination**:
- Match suitable helpers with customer requirements and share helper profiles with customers.
- Assist with the replacement of helpers if needed.
- **Sales Closure**:
- Assist in closing sales by ensuring the right helper is matched with the customer's needs.
- Follow up with both customers and helpers to ensure a smooth process until final agreement.
- **Customer & Helper Support**:
- Provide support and clarification to both helpers and customers throughout the hiring process.
- Address any queries or concerns raised by either party to maintain a smooth coordination process.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:
- Report daily updates on calls, profiles shared, and successful placements to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Minimum qualification: +12 (Higher Secondary School)
**Skills and Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**:
- Strong verbal communication in Tamil and English
- Ability to handle phone calls and WhatsApp messaging effectively
- Polite, professional, and clear communication with helpers and customers
- **Coordination Skills**:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks such as posting job updates, responding to helper inquiries, and managing profiles
- Efficient in scheduling and managing communication between helpers and customers
- **Recruitment & Sales**:
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Assist in sales closures by explaining job details and finalizing placements
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets/Docs)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and managing status updates
- **Interpersonal Skills**:
- Strong customer service attitude with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to build rapport with helpers and customers alike
- Patience in dealing with multiple inquiries and job matching
- **Record Keeping**:
- Able to report daily tasks and progress to management
