Social Media Content Creator

As a Social Media Content Creator, your role is to develop and manage engaging content for various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating content that aligns with the organization's brand image, resonates with the target audience, and helps achieve the company's social media goals. This position requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms, considering the target audience, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.

Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Community Management: Monitor and engage with the social media community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.

Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting on social media platforms.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, content engagement, and audience growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content that aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms, ensuring that content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.

Paid Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement paid social media campaigns, including ad creative and targeting strategies.

Social Listening: Monitor social media conversations and trends related to the organization, industry, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven work experience as a social media content creator, digital content creator, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.

Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Experience in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor social media metrics and generate reports.

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with editing tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques is a plus.

A portfolio of previous social media content creation work is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹10,742.64 - ₹36,933.47 per month
