**Job Description: Data Collector (Field Work - Political Campaigns)**

**Location**: Baghpat District, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in fieldwork for data collection or surveys (mandatory)
**Compensation**: Competitive, with food and accommodation provided by the company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door surveys and collect accurate data from residents across various rural areas of Baghpat district.
- Record and document survey responses in the prescribed format using tools provided by the company.
- Ensure data authenticity by cross-verifying responses when necessary.
- Build rapport with local residents to facilitate smooth and cooperative interactions during data collection.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the team leader or campaign manager.
- Manage daily schedules effectively to meet the assigned targets within the stipulated time frame.
- Address and resolve any on-field challenges that may arise during data collection.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in fieldwork, with prior experience in data collection, surveys, or related activities.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Hindi is essential. Basic understanding of the local dialect is an advantage.
- **Education**: Minimum high school qualification (12th grade). Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- **Physical Fitness**: Willingness and ability to work in rural areas and travel extensively within the district.
