**Job Title: Pre-School Teacher (NTT/MTT Experience)**

**Location**: Bilekahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka

**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000

**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years in preschools

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Joining Date**: Next Academic Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities for preschool children.
- Foster a love for learning through play-based and hands-on activities.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily classroom activities.
- Establish a nurturing and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor the development of each child and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Create individual learning plans to support the development of each child.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children’s progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events to enhance professional growth.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a harmonious and effective learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching preschool children.
- Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Teacher Training (MTT).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a passion for working with young children.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
